How can I pay for my order?

We only accept PayPal for purchases made through our online store. We do not have EFTPOS facilities and are unable to take card payments over the phone. 

We only accept bank transfer as a payment for substantial purchase orders. If you would like to make a substantial purchase order, please email us at: [email protected]

 

How will my zines be sent?

Your zines will be packed into an appropriately sized envelope and posted with tracking via Australia Post. A signature is not required for delivery.

 

When will I get the tracking number for my order?

Once your order has been confirmed as shipped,  you will receive a tracking number. Depending on how Australia Post feels about it, you will be able to track your zines here on their website:

https://auspost.com.au/mypost/track/#/search

 

How long will my zines take to get to me?

It depends on how the post is being delivered in your area. Ideally you will receive your zines within two weeks if you live inside of Australia, but if it’s a little longer the tracking should keep you updated about what kind of journey your zines are taking before they arrive in your mailbox.

 If you are located internationally, the same situation applies, but your zines could take up a month to make it to you. Sorry about that!

 

Wow, why is international shipping so expensive?

Unfortunately, that is just the price.

 

What happens if my order gets lost?

We haven't had any lost orders yet but if it's been more than a month and/or your tracking has never updated, please email us at [email protected] so we can look into this for you.

 

Can I pick the zines that go into my Zine Instant Hit?

If you know the specific titles you are after we can give it a go, but there are no promises here. The only titles we 100% have in stock right now are the ones listed individually and they cannot be put into the zine packs. If you are requesting specific titles, please throw in some other suggestions in the event we don't have the exact ones you want.

Can I wholesale buy some zines from you to sell in my own distro?

No, that's really inappropriate. If you're a fan of someone's work and want to sell it via your own shop please reach out to that artist directly to ask them how they feel about it.

 

I thought you guys closed two years ago for the tunnel works?

Nah, I don't know where you're getting your information but we've been open for the last 19 years and we'll be open again as soon as it is safe for that to happen. 

 

Do you support trans rights?

Of course we do!!!
